Here is what NPR said of Alexander Skarsgard’s performance in What Maisie Knew: The real surprise is Alexander Skarsgard as Lincoln, a sweetly naive bartender whom Susanna marries in a hurry, purely out of revenge — Beale has married Margo immediately after their divorce. Skarsgard, best known stateside for his brooding intensity as Eric on HBO’s campy vampire soap opera True Blood, plays Lincoln as the tender, caring parental surrogate Maisie needs, presenting him at first as a bit of a simpleton, but then ensuring that that first impression gives way to a sense that he simply shares a childlike natural trust with his new stepdaughter.

Monday Morning Hotness: Max Brown

Well, you Beasties did it again… This time you voted for Max Brown who portrayed Evan on the CW’s Beauty and the Beast. If you watched Thursday night’s episode, than you know that Evan valiantly gave up his life to help Cat and Vincent escape. We’ll miss seeing Max Brown on a weekly basis, but hope to see him again on TV or on the big screen sooner than later!!!
