The Vampire Diaries and The Secret Circle will conclude their seasons on Thursday, May 10th; while Supernatural will finish their season on Friday, May 18th.

Pilot Casting News: Sean Patrick Thomas joins CW’s Hunger Games-ish Pilot
Tuesday, February 28th, 2012Sean Patrick Thomas has been cast in The Selection.
The project is described as an epic romance set 300 years in the future in which a poor young woman is chosen by lottery to participate in a competition to become the next queen of a war-torn nation at a crossroads.
Thomas will play Sylvan Santos, a close adviser to the current queen and an expert in royal etiquette who advises the participants in the competition.
Thomas joins Friday Night Lights alum Aimee Teegarden, who will play a poor young woman who competes become the next queen. For his part, Peck will play the handsome and regal Prince Maxon, whom the girls are competing to marry.
The series is Based on the forthcoming series of books by Kiera Cass, The Vampire Diaries’ Elizabeth Craft and Sarah Fain will write and executive produce the drama.

Lest we forget, Rumplestiltskin did create the curse that the Evil Queen unleashed. “The question that I would ask is: Why would somebody create a curse that they didn’t themselves employ and for what reason? That is a question we’re going to answer this year,” he says.
