(Spoiler TV) On a possible romance between Arlene and Terry:
” I can’t really give away too much, but what I can say is that Arlene is not the type of woman who can be alone for very long.”
And on Season 2:
“And without giving away anything, I can say that season 2 really strays far away from the second book, hardly anything like it. It’s just so far out there with more characters and going in different directions. Not much like the book at all.”

Here is an article from The Age with Ryan Kwanten and Stephen Moyer. Here are a couple of interesting bits…
“I think Alan’s very clever like that,” says Stephen Moyer, who plays Bill. “He knows that it can’t just be (a romance). I think that it ultimately is a love story, but it doesn’t mean it can’t be 20 other things as well. When I read the script, I couldn’t believe how much he’d packed into it.”
One beneficiary of Ball’s approach is Australian actor Ryan Kwanten, who plays Sookie’s brother, Jason. Once a Home & Away regular, Kwanten now lives in Los Angeles and was sought out by Ball.
“He’d seen a film of mine and saw characteristics of Jason Stackhouse in the character I was playing,” Kwanten says. “Next thing you know, I was hired.”
Ball expanded the character of Jason, giving him his own storyline and an hilarious episode involving a severe case of priapism. Kwanten, 32, has the task of making the self-centred, womanising Jason not seem like a lost cause.
True Blood poses particular challenges for its cast. As well as having to guzzle copious amounts of fake blood (apparently some kind of glucose concoction), Kwanten and Moyer have frequent nude scenes.
The first time we meet Kwanten’s character, he is naked and engaged in a sex act. In fact, clothes seem to be something of an afterthought for Jason.
“This is by far the most full-on sex and nudity I’ve ever done,” says Kwanten, who has been acting since he was 16.
“I was warned, but one can never quite be prepared. You sort of sign your life away and go, ‘Oh, nudity’, then you walk into your trailer and you see a modesty patch and that’s what you’re wearing for the day.”

Speaking to TV Guide Magazine on the “True Blood” set, Moyer confirms he and Paquin “are together.” On what keeps them waiting to go public with their romance, the actor explains, “The reason it was dodged last year was very intentional on both our parts. It was very important to me that the cast and crew we were working with didn’t feel it was fickle, and didn’t feel it could possibly potentially encroach on their lives, you know, just like, ‘Oh the two stars are having a thing.’”
“We didn’t want to take anything away from the show. The show is the star, not the two people having a relationship,” Moyer adds to TV Guide Magazine. Also having two young children from a previous relationship, Moyer has been dividing his time between the home he shares with Paquin in L.A. and his native London.
“It’s just exciting, and that was there from day one,” Moyer gushes. “We always take the piss out of each other and are silly with each other, and it is great. We’re very, very happy. She’s the best.”
(Perez Hilton) – British actor Stephen Moyer has confirmed that he’s in a ‘real life’ relationship with his True Blood co-star/on-screen love interest, Ana Paquin!
Apparently the sparks between the two started flying during the audition phase of the show, but they’ve kept things on the DL ’til now.
Moyer told TV Guide, “The reason it was dodged last year was very intentional on both our parts. It was very important to me that the cast and crew we were working with didn’t feel it was fickle, and didn’t feel it could possibly potentially encroach on their lives, you know, just like, ‘Oh the two stars are having a thing.’ We didn’t want to take anything away from the show. The show is the star, not the two people having a relationship.”
Enjoy the romance while it lasts!

E! Online- Lindsay in Houston: I cannot wait until this summer! Talk to me about True Blood!
Sookie’s power is not unique to her. She’ll meet a young Texan named Barry who reads minds, and they freak each other a little when they discover each other’s powers. Also, great news for us Eric fans: We’ll be catching up with him in 10th century Scandinavia, likely when he was first turned into a vampire. Holler!
