I hope sookie gets back with Bill. I know Bill made mistakes but he has tried again and again to win back sookie. and if sookie didn’t get with Bill then Sam would be my next choice

Let’s not forget how many times Eric has saved Sookie too. He is always there for her. Who cares what she initially thought of Eric, first impressions are very often wrong. Bill is SO unappealing as anything but a friend!

I also have to say that I do feel that the first chapter was sort of a downer because sookie is drepressed and beaten and not her usual loving,kind,and energetic self. But I hate that the people leaving comments about how sookie is shallow and a sex addict because they have to remember that sookie through the whole Novels has been beaten,stacked,raped,tortured,and betrayed by more than one person she cared about. So I believe she has every right to be the way she is, plus she has been trough a lot in her life with losing her parents,hadley,and her grandmother who were all murdered. She has to deal with people thinking she is crazy and not all in her head because she has to deal with hearing what they are thinking and the fact that her brother is barley there for her. I feel sookie is a strong southern women who deserve the readers love and loyalty and not for bill or eric.

I have to say that agree with everything about sookie become more hard-hearted because she has been and seen so many murder since she got with bill and eric but I also think she is very confused about any of her feelings. Bill may have done so much to save her life but don’t forget that she risked her life to save his life from the women he was going to leave her for. I think that sookie will most liking end up with bill and I hope she does because eric is not the man for her because sookie fell right into love with bill and with eric she is very uncertain

I am dissapointed because she is so un-happy… I hope she stays with Eric… if she goes back to Bill which typically thats whats going to happen that will just ruin things for me! I really hope she stays with Eric or a half something not Bill.

Beezus is right. Women always want the bad guy to change out of love. Here is a thought why not just go with a good guy to begin with? If you have to change a man then maybe that man is not for you.
Women always want the bad guy and why? Because generally he is good looking and wanted by all the women. How exilarating it is to have the guy that all the girls want just pay attention to you only you. He could have any other girl but he chooses you. That is what I think attracts MOST (not all) women to Eric. They want to see a prideful man reduced to a puppy dog out of love.
I re-read the books and while reading book 4 it sadden me to think that what women fantasize about is a man basically forgetting who he is, almost brain washed so he can only worship you. Live only for you and be a slave that can’t function without you ordering him around. Because that is basically what Eric was reduced to in book 4. Remember him being scared to death and sitting by Sookies leg like a helpless dog that couldn’t do anything with out her. Sorry I want a man that thinks not a slave.
I love Eric fans that like Eric for who he truly is, hell I like Eric too, he is a very fun character that always brings excitment to the books. But he also has characteristics in him that I can’t forget. Remember how afraid Sookie was of him in the first books? How many times she realized that he didn’t care about anything else other than himself? Are we to assume that our heroin’s insticts suck? I hope not she seems to be a good judge of character with others.
My friend is an Eric fan that know he is tricky, she knows that there is something dangerous about him and she embraces it. She likes him for who he is. Sitting there and expecting him to become the opposite, a soft Eric in a long term relationship that plays house with Sookie is the opposite of him.

It is in my opinion that Sookie needs to make it work with Eric and Bill would be a great partner for Amelia. He is the type of person that would get along with Cope (smart,educated and not after his $) Amelia is modern conservative which jives with Bills taste and personality wise they would get along.

Than Bill and Sookie be be like friends and happy for each other

I know I am going on and on, but:
Do you remember how mad and disgusted Bill was when he smelled Eric on Sookie after the orgy? He kept repeating “you smell like Eric” that was after he heard her tell him that they were their for a reason – no sex. If Sookie has as much of Eric’s blood in her as we have read, what happens when Bill and Sookie have sex and she tastes of Eric?

By the way when you learned that someone is “enthralled” with someone else. That they have repeatedly lied to you about this person and their current involvement in your life. You are meeting them on a secretive basis and you have told others that you plan on leaving your current girlfriend to be with someone else and to make arrangements – sex or no sex that is cheating.
And the fact that everyone else but her knew -that humiliation- is just icing on the cake.
