Just a little FYI:

1. To follow all the news about all the other vamp stuff out there…check us out on twitter. You can see all our latest posts in the widget on the right-hand side of this page.

2. We have a survey to the left of this post that is asking you about what you are looking for in your ideal vamp. We’ve noticed that a lot of you are really old school about your choices.

3. We are still waiting for the first chapter and we heard that it will be out sometime around the 19th. Keep your fingers crossed.  Once it is up, we will go through it quickly and then do a podcast on it.

HBO, True Blood creator Alan Ball and actress Deborah Ann Woll donated several signed collectors items for the online raffle organized by the True Blood fansite The Vault.

The raffle, of which the proceeds will be donated 100% to the Choroideremia Research Foundation, started on November 24 and will continue until January 10.

HBO and Alan Ball graciously provided us with an original script of the pilot episode of True Blood and a BluRay of True Blood season 1 both signed by the creator of the show himself: Mr. Alan Ball. Furthermore we have items signed by Deborah Ann Woll, Sam Trammell, Nelsan Ellis, Ashley Jones, Todd Lowe and Allan Hyde.

Rumors started flying around when Anna was spotted in a lovely wedding dress!  Had she already married Stephen in secret?

No, not yet — just a prop for the new film she’s in with Katy Holmes, entitled “The Romantics.”

FYI – the entire True Blood troupe is due back on LA to start filming Season III – can you believe it?  Time flies in the world of vampires and telepathy, doesn’t it?

No word yet on a wedding for Stephen and Anna.  I figured it might happen before Season III started filming – but apparently, there’s no time now that the new season is gearing up. My guess – immediately AFTER Season III. Anyone willing to bet on this?

So, we scheduled our next podcast for 11/13/09… That’s right, Friday the 13th.

There have been a couple of changes to the site and the podcast:

• Pamela has decided to leave the site and the podcast so that she can devote more time to her other endeavors.
• Kelly and Debbie will now be on the podcast as co-hosts. God help them.

Hola Everyone,

As you can tell… this is the the quiet time. The time between the seasons and the news is more actor-related… rather than show or book-related. So, we will be updating info that we think will be of interest to you. Remember, tomorrow Touch of Dead will be released.  So, we will be talking about that on the next podcast… which may not be live. But, we will also be talking about Vampire Diaries, Valemont, etc…

We have another site that is a work in progress….that is where we are going to list the books that we’ve talked about.
