Sunday, June 13th, 2010

PRESS RELEASE:

Brentwood theater

Brentwood Theatre is delighted to announce a fundraiser in support of the MOYER KIDS THEATRE FUND!

The BILLSBABES’ have created a Virtual Brick Wall, the proceeds of which will truly help bring hundreds more children to experience live theatre!!! We are so honoured that these fans of our Patron, Stephen Moyer, developed such a great way for people to support his favourite community theatre!

Also, if you do purchase a virtual brick, you will be entered into a contest where you can win items that are signed by Stephen Moyer and other Bill’s Babes merchandise.

Click on the link for details. – Remember, you don’t have to be a Billsbabe to buy a “brick.”

SM Kids Theater fund

The MOYER KIDS THEATRE FUND was created to help bring

classes and schoolchildren from local schools to Brentwood Theatre to enjoy the thrill of live theatre with our annual Holiday Show:

This year, its THE PLOTTERS OF CABBAGE PATCH CORNER, which will be great fun.  Many schools experienced drastic budget cuts, so our campaign is to help defray some of the costs to produce this performance, to give low-cost or no-cost tickets, and to provide safe transportation to and from the theatre. Last year, we raised more than £1500 in only two months before the show opened, which brought many children to experience THE TWITS.

We aim to bring even more children in 2010.

Remember, each virtual brick gives children the ability to participate in cultural offerings that they would normally not have a chance to partake in. So, please help out this worthwhile cause.

If you have any questions about this fundraiser, please go to www.brentwood-theatre.org.

Thank you and remember that tonight at 8:45 p.m. is the season premiere of True Blood’s 3rd season.

Sincerely,

~M.

A couple of things…

Sunday, December 13th, 2009

Hola my lovelies,

Just a little FYI:

1. To follow all the news about all the other vamp stuff out there…check us out on twitter. You can see all our latest posts in the widget on the right-hand side of this page.

2. We have a survey to the left of this post that is asking you about what you are looking for in your ideal vamp. We’ve noticed that a lot of you are really old school about your choices.

3. We are still waiting for the first chapter and we heard that it will be out sometime around the 19th. Keep your fingers crossed.  Once it is up, we will go through it quickly and then do a podcast on it.

Hope your Sunday is going well….

XOXO,

~M.
