The release date for City of Bones, the first installment of the film adaptation of Cassandra Clare’s The Mortal Instruments has been moved up.
The film, which was supposed to have been released on August 23rd, will now be released two days earlier on August 21st.
YAY!
Early this morning, Constantin Films’ Martin Moszkowski announced on his Facebook page that the sequel to City of Bones is ago.
He stated, “Good news: The Mortal Instruments – City of Ashes will go into production this fall with Lily Collins, Jamie Campbell Bower directed by Harald Zwart.”
City of Ashes is the second book in Cassandra Clare’s series The Mortal Instruments. Are y’all as excited as I am that they are moving forward with the second feature film? Tell us below!
