The dead will return on The Vampire Diaries!
We’ll be seeing a few of familiar faces, ones we haven’t seen in a while, between now and the finale, which airs May 16th.
According to sources, one of those faces will indeed be recently deceased, Jeremy! It seems that actor Stephen R. McQueen is set to appear in at least 1 of the 4 remaining episodes.

We already know that Jeremy will be back in Mystic Falls for the dreaded Decade Dance, but how long will he be sticking around? Will he be heading back to Colorado?
Luckily for us, his portrayer Steven R. McQueen recently filled Zap2It in on the answer to that very question. “No, I’ll be back for next season. Jeremy’s home,” the actor promised.
Could he be sticking around because of the company he’s keeping?
Possibly; seeing as how he’s been hanging out with Klaus’ brother Kol while in Denver. McQueen revealed, “Jeremy was definitely manipulated by Kol. They don’t jump that much into [Jeremy's time in Denver] this season, but possibly next season.”
So …
Rest assured, we’ll be seeing plenty more of Jeremy and it looks like he’ll be getting a great storyline, as well.
